privacy notice · updated october 4, 2026

linksphere is a 33io product for creating and sharing a page of your links. this notice explains the information used to provide it. contact linksphere@33.io with privacy questions.

what we use

we store the email and name you provide, your account identifier, chosen plan, page address, links, appearance settings, and publication state. we also keep subscription references, referral attribution and earned time, cancellation requests, email preferences, and records needed to deliver account messages and prevent duplicate rewards or payments.

your public page shows the links and content you choose to publish. a saved draft remains private until you publish it. destinations you link to operate under their own privacy practices.

accounts and service providers

linksphere uses the shared 33io account system. joining linksphere adds a separate product membership; a password change affects your shared 33io identity. cancelling a linksphere subscription does not delete that identity or your access to other 33io products.

supabase stores account and product data, vercel hosts the application, and twilio delivers account email. stripe and paypal process payments through their respective checkout flows. payment details are entered with the payment provider; linksphere stores billing references and status rather than full card details. these providers process information needed to deliver their services.

business images and optional ai

when you upload business artwork, we store the original privately along with a normalized image and a finished icon. only the finished icon you select and publish is shown on your public page. private previews use short-lived access links.

if you choose “refine with ai,” a normalized copy of that image is sent to openai to prepare your icon. applying the standard icon layers does not send the image to openai. review the result before selecting it; generated images can alter details of a logo. generation records and usage counts help prevent duplicate requests and control service costs.

email and device storage

we send requested sign-in links, account confirmations, and service messages. designer-news preferences are separate from subscription signup and can be changed in account settings or by contacting us. signing up for a paid plan does not automatically subscribe you to designer news.

your browser stores sign-in state, drafts, and a referral code when you arrive through a referral link. security controls use limited request information to restrict repeated email requests. email delivery records help us identify failures; opening a hosted email image can cause your mail provider to request that image.

retention and your choices

we retain information needed to provide your account, maintain billing and referral records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. security records and backups may remain after a deletion request where necessary. we do not promise immediate removal from every backup.

you can edit and publish your page, change news preferences, and stop your subscription in the product to hide your public page while preserving your draft. for access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, email linksphere@33.io. we may verify your identity before acting. tell us whether your request concerns linksphere or your whole 33io account.

security and updates

we use encrypted connections and access controls to protect account information. no service can guarantee absolute security. never share an account email link, password, or payment details with someone claiming to be support. material changes to this notice will be communicated through the service or account email.

optional location lighting

if you choose allow location, your browser requests permission. precise coordinates are used in memory on your device for lighting and shared only with the embedded linksphere preview on this site. we do not send or store these coordinates in your account. your lighting choice is saved on this device for your account. turn location lighting off in settings to clear the precise lighting context; browser permissions can also be revoked in your browser settings. if you decline, hosting-provider ip geolocation supplies an approximate region and time zone for lighting, without a separate location lookup service. this feature does not pinpoint your position. holiday and tier-specific location effects are planned, not currently active.
