your page and account

you retain ownership of your content and give 33io the permission needed to store, process, and display it as you direct. saving a draft is separate from publishing a public page. keep your credentials and email links private. linksphere shares its sign-in identity with 33io; product access, settings, and referrals are managed separately.

subscriptions and cancellation

basic access is offered at $3 per month or $33 per year in usd. where offered, the 7-day trial requires payment details and renews at $3 per month after the trial and any eligible banked referral time. the checkout displays the amount, billing interval, applicable taxes, and trial conditions before you authorize payment. submitting an email address alone does not authorize a charge.

subscriptions renew until cancelled. cancel renewal through account settings or the billing portal before the next charge. stopping your subscription hides your public page and keeps your draft. restoring an eligible subscription restores visibility of the saved published page and does not delete your shared 33io identity. for billing errors, refunds, or a cancellation you cannot complete, contact linksphere@33.io. any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

referrals and free usage

share the referral link from your account after signup. a referral must be attributed through that link and confirmed as a new linksphere account before a reward is recorded. duplicate identities, self-referrals, and news-only subscriptions do not earn account referral rewards.

the founding program is limited to the first 1,000 qualifying linksphere accounts. its milestones are: the first qualifying referral earns one calendar month; the second earns 15 days; the fourth earns 7 days; the fifth grants basic-for-life status. there is no separate third-referral milestone. basic-for-life status also applies when one of your directly referred users brings five qualifying users.

your referral bank shows verified rewards and available usage. rewards apply to basic access, have no cash value, and do not include future paid add-ons. eligible time can extend a payment-backed trial before its first charge. a recorded credit is not a refund for a charge already completed. abuse may result in review and removal of invalid rewards; contact us if attribution appears incorrect.

acceptable use and availability

do not publish unlawful content, phishing or malicious destinations, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or attempt to bypass access controls. third-party links and services are governed by their own terms. 33io may restrict content or access to address abuse, security, or legal requirements.

the service is provided on an as-available basis, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. features may change. material changes affecting your subscription or these terms will be communicated through reasonable product or account notices. nothing here excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
